Called for info and pricing on screen printing project. First time they said they'd have the expert give me a call back- never happened. I called again amd they said they would email me the details/quote- also never happened.

So my business is one of their smaller regular customers. They initially did a great job - quick turn around, product matched proofs, etc. However! We had a quality issue with one of the orders - ordered regular Ts and got long sleeves. Which wasn't huge, the problem was when we washed them, all of design came off! We just picked up our newest order and let them know of this quality problem and if they could make it right. They told us that we don't spend enough $$ with them so we could pound sand. Guess who just lost a growing business!
I personally and professionally have used this company and have made large orders. They are very professional and knowledgeable in helping with design. All of my products that I have bought turned out amazing and still look new today. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They have my business!!!
