This builder has no integrity, honesty they lack communication and do not stand by their words but rather lies open lies. Ill be back with step by step details about my experience with the builder, sales staffs and the entire staff, its almost unbelievable. Id give 0 star I if I can.

Lacking integrity, clear and honest communication and do not operate with excellence but rather excuses. They will smile in your face, are very kind but miss the mark when it comes to being resolution oriented and providing excellent customer service. I'm not sure if this is because of COVID as we built in 2021 but there is a significant need for improvement in several areas.
