Sorry about this, as you can see from our other reviews, here, Facebook, yell.com etc we are absolutely flat out providing a 5star service to our customers. Sometimes there just isn't enough time in the day to answer, 20+ phonecalls, 15 texts, Web enquiries, emails and also do the numerous repairs, services or diagnostics booked for the day! Apologies once again your request went unanswered, we are looking at expanding the team this year to handle our workload as our services provide more and more popular!
