Hello Isaac, I'm sorry you feel that way specially when you call us to fix a stove within an hour we check out for you since you were a customer, even tho you denied to pay for our service call, and we moved our schedule to make it on time before your inspection to closed on your house, we charge you less than what we told you on the first place. This is is the second time you used our service and we thank you for coming back. However Miguel offer you the refund for the 3% on debit card transaction fee which this is not for us to keep this is what the company charges a customer per transaction. And I dont think is fair since we lowered the price on the first service and service call, giving you free delivery on both of the items and 90 day warranty on the stoves. Moved other customers deliveries to complete yours on time, even when you refuse to pay for the for the service call, we trusted you and delivery the Stove. Change the cords twice even when you didnt have the right connection. Knowing that other companies won't do what we did for the price you paid. I bought a used stove. We got a deal to deliver it for next day. I texted him to confirm the appointment and amout that we agreed. He tild me he a different price than we initialy agreed. And i told him ok after couole text exchanges. Than in the morning they called me for payment over the phone and this time they asked me a different price again. They said sorry it is our mistale but they never issued refund. Very unprofessional people.
