Well if you want poor service and to be notified DAY OF that they will be showing up to your house then these guys really nail the minimal effort. Portland is rampant with dog owners and for this business to not acknowledge when they will be in your property (also you cannot let your dogs or kids outside for an hour after the service) its hugely inconvenient whereas it could be not a problem with communication. Its just lazy business practice.

Door to door salesman refused to take no for an answer. Also, blatantly ignored my no soliciting sign. The company may do good work, but please respect peoples time and property.

The first experience was not the best, they didnt really do what they told me they would do. Did not get rid of nest, but they sent out another technician named Mike, he was excellent, very thorough and helpful!
