Rented a place for one year and had a horrible experience. Don't expect to be notified before anybody comes to do maintenence. Don't expect to get ahold of anybody on the phone. And last but not least Don't expect to get your full security deposit back. When we moved in the grass out front was knee high and the house was disgusting. When we left, the house was SPOTLESS and the yard was mowed and free of any debris. These people actually had the nerve to charge us $100 for trash and debris removal and cleaning. They also charged us $36 for "regular blinds proration"? Of course no body replies when you email them so this is my last resort to try to get my money back. Save yourself the time and money, go elsewhere. Reply: I emailed the address you left on the paper showing what you charged out of our deposit. I will be happy to make another communication attempt.

Make sure you READ every part of your lease agreement. We were all set up and ready to go, but after reading the lease we decided not to go with this company because of the lease. Ive never read such a restrictive lease in my life . A few things being that you arent allowed to wash your car in the driveway and you are only allowed to have people over for 3 days at a time otherwise you have to pay $150 per person. You are only allowed to have that person over for 14 days out of the year. Much more in the lease, but like I said. READ it all of the way through before agreeing to it.

I absolutely cannot say enough about Laura from One Stop Property Management!!! She is the kindest, sweetest person ever! Our experience with her and the Company has been nothing short of AMAZING!! If youre looking for a place to call home, I would definitely recommend going here! The place we found was absolutely gorgeous; Laura went above and beyond for us as far as viewing, signing the lease, and everything you can think of, and shes super quick to respond to absolutely every question or concern I had, and I had a lot! I also love how we can put in Maintenance requests and pay our rent through the app they provide. They make everything super convenient for their tenants! I literally just had a maintenance request and, and I was able to submit it within the app, and they were on it, and everything was professionally taken care of really quick!! If you talk to anyone youll want it to be Laura, I cant thank her enough!! Thank you, Laura, youre such a peach!!

Lots of fake and paid reviews on here. Have multiple friends that rent from one stop property management that are being dine so wrong. They manage busted properties and then do little to nothing to fix them up and instead charge tenants for repairs that they neglected to make prior to move in.
