I'd simply recommend shopping for jewelry someplace else. Their 'flexible' pricing policy more than raised my eyebrows - the price we agreed upon was exceed by more than 40% without any good reason. Denise just decided to put in a bigger diamond and didn't really feel that such a change would require a phone call...

Stopped by to get new batteries on my 4 watches. While I was waiting I asked if they had in house jewelry repair, because my ring was pulling on my clothes. I didnt get her name, but Im assuming it was the owner, she took my ring, repaired it and cleaned it, right there and then. Didnt charge me for it. She was so nice. BTW I fell in love with several of their jewelry items Love their service. Thank you!!!!

I stopped in to Linnea for a small jewelry alteration on a necklace and repair on a ring. They did an amazing job. Staff very friendly and helpful. They also have beautiful jewelry. I will make sure this will be a stop for me in the future.
