The fact that you had previously fired two different designers and expressed concern over a very reasonable price for your project, I made the decision that this project was not a good fit for our company. Contrary to your statement there was no lack of poor communication on our part. In fact, it took you many weeks to get back to us after we provided you with an initial quote. Not every client is a good fit for working with Studio 420 and you fall into that category. Remember, you cant drive and Mercedes on a Kia budget.

I was recommended to this company by an industry friend, I made initial contact and was told they were interested. I submitted the details of my project and an already complete design for the base of the packaging. When I received my quote I will admit I had sticker shock, I sent an email requesting to set up a phone call to discuss the price quote and details of the time line for the project. My request was denied and my project was then rejected by Kurt Whitt (Founder/Chief Visionary Architect). After reviewing his emotional and unprofessional response I careful drafted a response that was descriptive of my concerns, solutions and notice that I had gotten the project quote approved and secured payment. I will say that he did my a favor, showing me what I could expect upfront instead of wasting my money. Would not recommend based off poor communication, emotional decision making and responses. Can not tell you about quality of work.
