Beyond a joke this letter crap saying that you have to now pay if missed appointments in some new aggrement well I was never informed and never signed any aggrement stating that so won't be the last time you hear from me will be taking this further
The iwc is doing the NDIS for bundaberg. They know their stuff. Ask for Matthew or Daniel, they are both polite, professional and can translate the government's bureaucracy.
The only reason we rate this with even 1 star is because we have to choose a star. We are rating this based purely on my partners employment with this AMS. First off this company and its head honcho does not stand for what a proper AMS should strive for. Communities are what truly matters for the Indigenous population and this AMS does not represent the Indigenous community like others AMS organisations do. While we agree the medical service is quite decent and the staff provide quality healthcare it is let down by all of the policies and procedures from the upstairs politics. IWC stands for Indigenous Well-being Centre, my partners well-being was never a concern with his former bosses here so we asked ourselves, how can they run a well-being centre and not care about the well-being of their staff but rather intimidate them in meeting rooms every week and ask into their personal lives. We had staff member that hit our car and left damage and we were the ones abused for it. He looked up to this particular person but lost respect after the abuse we endured. My now Fiancee was consistently intimidated whilst prying into his private life and questioning his relationship. All he wanted was to help his people day in day out but his superiors acted as though he was just a puppet and would bend over and do whatever they asked of him especially when sending him to study blocks hundred of kilometres away. They tried restricting visits on weekends to keep him company while he was away and was asked false and made up questions questioning him why he found and alternative way home when his flights we delayed after his blocks has finished. We both are happy serving a new AMS and studying together to help our communities and people that truly need it. I do not recommend this particular AMS service if you are a passionate indigenous person.
