We dont live here, or have anything to do with this place, but currently calls to the leasing Office are being forwarded to my wifes work phone, and you can imagine how annoying it is to receive 30 phone calls when youre in a meeting. When she reached out to the office, she was dismissed and told I dont know what you want me to do about it. So Im guessing all of the negative reviews on here are quite accurate, despite their friends placing five star reviews to try to bolster the overall rating.

We came in for a hard hat tour and loved the views and amenities. The staff was very helpful in getting us the room my daughter wanted and we signed the lease on the spot! I am excited to see the finished product at move-in.

Don't live here. The rent is a little high but that's honestly not the worst thing at Vic. The staff is the worst especially the office manager. Simple paperwork take forever to be completed and is sometimes filled out incorrectly, which just leads to more paperwork and more waiting. My apartment had a conflict and the manager was not only unhelpful, but was very unprofessional about the entire situation. When I first moved in my apartment was disgusting with old food caked on to the kitchen floor and on every appliance. The manager claimed that someone had cleaned the apartment and refused to listen to what I had to say about the cleanliness of the apartment. They did call the cleaner after I had already began cleaning things myself. This is just a fraction of what happened in a semester of living at vic village. Don't live here, there are better places that are more deserving of your money and will treat you with respect.
