You have to have them for credentialing but they are horrible at answering questions for an audit that I have now recieved 2 times in a 2week period. All customer services says its the computer system doing it. Do you not have control over the system. When asked to speak to a supervisor or manager he said he would not and could not do that cause he is working from home but in the same sentence said he'd put a note in to his manager to look at the problem. Seriously PTCB do better.
