Purchased a few low value items over the years which worked OK up till I bought a managed switch + BiDi SFP + media converter setup. One of the SFP failed. The remote office lost comms for 3 days until fault located and replaced. FS.com stalled at every request and wanted to know DOM values before they would assist in anyway. The link was completely dead. I went through there RMA process to find out what had failed but months later no info, You get what you pay for, a $100SFP from FS.Com vs $1800SFP from cisco was not worth the cost of the fibre technicians let alone a remote office listing comms and productivity

Really sorry for the issue you mentioned, since FS.COM set up the separate website for customers from different countries. I'm afraid that the stocks you saw are in our Oversea warehouse, instead of Australia warehouse. So the items in your order need to be produced. Truly sorry for the confusion caused. After producing, we always transship the items to our Australia warehouse firstly, then ship it to you. In this case, you will not bear any tariff and worry about the custom issue. That's why it was delayed for more few days after produced well. FS.COM is always thinking more for our customers, from Free Shipping, Local Shipment, we always try to do more for our customers. While about this case, really sorry for it. We must optimize in every aspect in the future.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order website indicated that they had stock. Received and email 2 days later that there was no stock and would take another 3 weeks. 3 days after delivery date no stock arrives called them and they say it would take another 2 weeks. What a joke. Best part is they did not even let me know that stock will not be delivered. Don't waste your time they don't even have the decency to call me
