Hi Moss! Im so sorry that you had this experience at our bar. I assure you that this is not typical and ma y have been some sort of misunderstanding. Could you please give us more information, like day and time of service? We would like to address the bartender in question and reprimand if necessary. With Covid we have had a lot of change over of employees so its possible that this Bartender no longer works for us, but we would like to verify. Thank you for your time.

Be careful paying cash at this bar. I ordered 2 cocktails and gave him $40. He took my money and never came me change. When asked about it, he pointed to the tip jar.. Give my change back. Don't take my money. No Tip for you.

Krystal Strifert makes the best Old Fashions in Hollywood! The ambiance is marvelous, the local nice and the taco truck out front makes for a fantastic evening all the way around!

Leah Im sorry you felt you drink was over priced and not made well! Im curious what you had as all of our specialty cocktails are around $10/ $8 during happy hour... which are the cheapest in the area!! We value your input and are striving to make positive changes. Please let us know 1) what cocktail you had 2) when you came in 3) who your bartender was That way we can address the issue, whether it be with training or a recipe re-vamp!
