I got a blowout/style and conditioning treatment. The gal didn't wash my hair well at all- she only got parts of my scalp and maybe mid-way, my ends did not get washed at all. I had residue on my hair from fixing it all week and using product and since it didn't get properly shampooed, the conditioning treatment just added more residue to it. When it was blow dried and curled, it felt greasy and stiff to me (clearly it wasn't washed well) and it ratted up like a rats nest that evening and even the next day it was gross and hard to brush and impossible to get the tangles out because it just wasn't cleaned properly. So disappointed. I was hoping it would last for a few days, but I had to wash it the next day because my entire head looked frizzy, dull, and unkept. It was a giant waste of 70$.

The staff is nice. I have hesitated to leave a review for months but I just want to encourage other people considering getting their hair styled to do a trial first. I had an appointment scheduled for my engagement photos and wedding but ended up cancelling the wedding because the engagement style looked so bad. I asked for a simple curled/wavy style (nothing that was too complicated or out of the ordinary...literally the hairdo everyone has these days. I showed pictures, had good length/texture, etc.). After a very long appointment and way too much product, I had to run home and redo my hair before pictures. When I came in the door, everyone asked, "What happened to your hair!?" Not the reaction you hope for, especially when you are paying and a few minutes before your pictures. If you consider this salon, please get a trial first (and don't use one of your events as the trial!) so you can know what the end result will look like.

Scammed me on a return of a product that I purchased and did not use . NO return policy anywhere. Receipt says to go to website for refund information and there is nothing posted! Will never go back for that reason!!! If you own a business and sell products you should note your policy somewhere whether it be on the receipt or in the salon. It is disappointing that the owner does not know the laws on return policies. I spoke to the BBB and they informed me of my rights. This is what the policy in the state of Utah states. "If seller has a non-refund, exchange, or credit policy, the policy must be clearly indicated by a sign posted at the point of display, the point of sale, or the store entrance. If the seller fails this requirement, the customer is entitled to a full return." If you own a business please know your policies and consumers rights! I will be coming back to your location and will expect my full refund of your products. I also had a protein treatment that I am also very unhappy with. I loved the gal that did my service. She was very kind and professional. She did a great blow dry and I was very pleased. The only problem is the product has dried my hair out and it feels like straw. There is a build up of product on it. I also bought a product that cost me $45 and I was told it is an amazing product. It feels good when you first put in on and then my hair starts to feel dry. Very hard to get it to style. Maybe too much build up from the protein treatment. Very unhappy!!! I do have to say that the employees there are very professional and I appreciate there courtesy but again it is very disappointing to see that they have no policies for returns and refuse to except liability for their error!
