If he leaves a voicemail with support, they will get back with him. We cannot make unlimited changes and its unfortunate that you are not willing to log into your own site to make changes. For $25 a month it is impossible to facilitate everyone and the changes they request. That is why we added a support pack for an additional $100 a month. You did not want to pay that. Therefore we would teach you how to do it yourself. In your words "you have better uses of your time" than to worry about your website.

Have used many web designers. Avoid this one. They did not deliver on a bug-free website and would not fix it without asking me to upgrade to a $100 per month service package. Owner threatened to cut off website upon complaint. No one picks up for technical service.

It appears you have a website with us https://f184b3.eliteworks.com. Your card was charged $35 for hosting in 2019 and one more time for $35 in 2020. Seems like a pretty good deal to have hosting for a site for 2 years and a site we built for you for only $70.

I can't even give them one star, as they do not return calls. At one time support would work with you, now they don't answer the phone. Kept charging my card, after I asked for them not to. only could go ahead by giving one star, they do not deserve.

Worst scam to fall for. I paid almost 300 to get started because they say they offer mentorship. Well not true. They refused to help me learn how to add links from different affiliates despite all my requests even in email. And when they do respond its days later. Then they stop altogether when you dont shovel out 2k for their mentored advertising special. Who would do that when their platform doesnt even work yet? Total waste. Better off opening a Shopify site yourself. They have actual support
