my wife specifically targeted this business to perform a service and MOT on her BMW Z3 based on its name and flamboyant claims to perform any sort of diagnostic on German cars. This business has no expertise or knowledge of cars such as this and were clueless and unhelpful as to the way forward with the issues that the car was throwing up. We had to painfully coax everything out of them. We decided to cut our losses and remove the car from their care, 290 lighter and NOTHING to show for it. It was a surreal experience to say the least that we would recommend everyone to steer very well clear of.

Took my Audi in to investigate a mechanical knocking sound. Went to collect the car and got a bill for a new CV boot at 240 (unrelated to the knocking sound) Asked about the knocking sound, which was the sole reason I took the car in, and they did not have a clue. I got the impression that they are not specialists at all. I also dont think the cv boot needed doing and certainly not at that price. Will never use again and would advise everyone to steer clear
