Simple in & out trips give the best experience. Don't expect the employees to be very involved based off the solitary hetero men that makeup the majority of business. Nice/quick enough when I have needed a dressing room.

Ordered a pair of work boots 3 weeks ago, I called to ask about my order, i was told it would be 5 more months before they would be available. No phone call to tell me that and no suggestions on other boots that might work for me? I won't be back.

I was told to leave the store because I did not wear a mask. I explained I have a disability and that the CDC says I do not have to wear one. I was told to leave anyway and that they do not care about my disability and they can not help me. I can go to many other stores all within a few miles like Walmart, or Safeway, my gym, Applebee's and many others who do not require a mask and in most cases do not even bother me about not having one. The manager told me it is a Washington mandate I guess only for them and nobody else in the area. The manager told me she is forced to wear a mask everywhere she goes and I told her that is a lie she chooses to wear one and can not be forced. Also said Osha could fine them and also another lie. You can not be fined for not discriminating. I get so angry how some of these stores are miss informed, brainwashed and can not think logically on their own. I will not ever return to a whistle work wear again and hope others will read this message and also take their business to a store that does not discriminate against disability....
