Our YMCA ordered summer camp t-shirts through Will Enterprises. Filling out the order form was very easy and convenient, but they skipped one of our orders. When I tried to reconcile the issue, they said they did not receive it. I re-forwarded the sent email and was told a Manager would be contacting me. When I spoke with the Manager, he said he would send the order and asked if I had any other questions - as if no mistake was made. I was very disappointed that no accountability was taken for the mistake, no apology was given, and to top it off, they didn't have the color in stock, so we were sent the wrong color. As a result, our kiddos didn't have their shirts for the first day and didn't receive them until the second week of camp :( I would suggest if you go through Will Enterprises (we will no longer be using them), to order your shirts very far in advance so they have time to fix the mistakes before the t-shirts are needed.
Some of the reviews written about Will Enterprises are from current employee's. Is this right or fair? Did the owner (Paul) send an email to employee's to write reviews to change a lower score, Yes! So I would take this under advisement.
Will Enterprises has been a great company to work with. I had some concert tee's made up for the New Kids on the Block concert this summer and they turned out great! They were even able to split ship my order so some of the shirts went to Denver and it was on time! :) Fast turn around and they even took my idea for art that was on paper and turned it into reality!! :) They are great priced and friendly service. As a member of a local running club and involved with many of our events, I have the obligation to find the best source for our race shirt and promotional needs. From the salesman's discussion of options to the art teams ideas, I feel like the staff at WILL really appreciates the business and offers us the best VALUE. I have had no issues with the orders and will continue to do business with them.

Overall a terrible experience. Arrived to pick my items and was told there was additional set up fee (something about number of stitches in the logo). I showed the front desk person my invoice just sent to me yesterday with no such fee. She did the old "i'll check with my manager" routine and came back momentarily with a "yeah, you're going to have to go ahead and pay that." Very indifferent, short, bordering on rude. Without much I could do except refuse the product, I went over to the loading dock for pick up (really, you can't hand me three shirts here, but instead I have to go to a loading dock?) and waited in the snow for about 10 minutes until somebody answered the door. When I got the stuff home and tried it on, there was considerable puckering around the logos on all my shirts. NOT what you'd expect after dropping $120 for three polo shirts. If I had to find a positive it would be that they were relatively quick about getting the job done. Unfortunately, the job they did was tainted with hidden costs, rudeness, and inferior quality.
