Purchased a leather coat 11/17/21 for $400.00. They took the money immediately. Printed a UPS label on 11/22/21 but never gave UPS the package. Delivery date was set for 12/3/21. It is now 12/10/21. Amazon has tried to contact them as well as my attempts to contact Luxury Lane. No return contact to Amazon or myself. The internet is riddled with bad reviews for this place. I should have looked before purchasing. This place just takes orders and does not ship the product out.. This happens over and over and they are still getting away with this after years of the same thing. Sad.
Same complaint as the others. Do not order from this company. Amazon should kick them to the street. I ordered a coat for our son in law on Nov 29. Got a tracking number but it doesn't show any tracking information for UPS. HORRIBLE
I got an item from Luxury Lane through Walmart.com I have no complaints. The item was very good quality and it came in the mail within a few business days!
Few employees for so much work for do daily. Mondays are hellish, the current supervisor treats employees badly and does not give good training and pretends that the new employee do his job well without knowing how things are done well. And the owners, when they have you useless, will simply kick you out. There are no benefits and the pay is miserable for the work so strong that it is done. I just do not recommend that they work there
