I asked Mr. Kolasa, the owner of Straight Line Painting, to paint my garage. He wrote me a contract that clearly stated paint garage. When he and his painter arrived he told me paint garage meant only the walls and did not include the ceiling, baseboards or garage door mounting. He told me that I should have known this! I had to pay more to get the baseboards painted and he neither cleaned up his mess nor moved the garage contents back to their original positions when he was done. Further, I specified that he use oil based paint on the baseboards. He did not. I will never use him again.

Rodney Kolasa, the owner of this business, was a bully in school. I had just moved to Alabama with my grandparents, because my parents got divorced and they didnt want their kids anymore. In my junior year, I came to Madison Alabama and went to tech school because I enjoyed drafting at my previous school in central Illinois. Rodney Kolasa, the owner of Straight Line Painting, was in my class. From almost the first day in class, Rodney and his classmates from Sparkman High School found me to be the focus of their torture. I sat in the back of the classroom, yet they would throw objects at me and torment me with threats. I was a small boy in high school, approximately 57, 150 pounds and a threat to nobody. I had one friend in the class whose name was Danny. One day, when Rodney was at his best doing whatever he could to harass me, Danny asked him....why dont you leave him alone? Danny was a very kind person, yet Rodney punched him in the face and gave Danny a black eye. I dreaded coming to school, and almost quit school because of Rodney Kolasa and his bullying. When I see Straight Line Painting advertising that they have integrity, I have to just shake my head. Rodney Kolasa, the owner of Straight Line Painting has no integrity. He does not have strong moral principles. I would never trust this man to take care of my home or any other possession of mine, nor would I ever let him in my front door.

We couldnt be more pleased with the cabinets. The quality of the work is outstanding and the preparations to ensure cleanliness were superb. These guys are the best! The best painters I have ever had. Painted bedrooms and baths before my husband and I moved into our home we purchased . Please dont hesitate to call this company. I also loved that Rodney came out that morning to check on things before everyone got started.
