I have been trying on and off since March to make an appointment. I called at least 15 times to try to get a live person. I've left at least 6 messages and someone named Terry calls me back days later. If you can't even take an appointment for new business I can't imagine how they communicate with you after you become a patient.

I had made an appointment a month in advance (earliest i could get) it was cancelled less than 24 hours in advance due to the MD being out of the office. I reschedule this time for a month and half in advance and on the day of my appointment the office is closed for a scheduled emergency.. whatever that means

My name is Steve Kathryns husband. My wife passed on 12/25/2015 and BBC & the Market place have done their best to drag myself and my credit thru the mud.. There has been 1person and only 1who has helped me get thru this night mare and that is Yolanda Williams who is a collecter for Gastro Florida, Dr. Delgado. The proplem was BBC paid my medical bills and then took all that money back and then said that I did not have ins. With over 100 bills and dozens of bill Collecters you can see the situation. My health has suffered severely and now under medical supervision. My world has been torn apart, like it wasn't hard enough loosing my wife or my whole world but to be out right screwed by the healh care system. Yolanda has been my angel and I can't think of any way to pay back this wonderful person. So Dr. Delgado I truely hope you no what you have here. There is no better person than Yolanda and I hope you do show the best of appreciation for this out standing person. Yolanda you are in my forever. Thankyou for all your caring and just being a beautiful person.

I would give negative stars if I could. Stay away from these drs. I had an appointment and was told by the dr that I was a candidate for a colonoscopy before age 50 (because of family history). Dr. also told me my insurance would cover it. Their insurance specialist told me my insurance would cover it. Had the procedure done with one of their doctors at Trinity surgery center. Guess what...found out after the procedure was done that insurance didn't cover it. Someone at Gastro of FL office wrote me a letter or reconsideration to the insurance company to get that portion of the bill covered. However they told me they would work with Trinity Surgery Center so that portion of the bill would be covered. Colonoscopy was done in Nov. 2021. Trinity surgery center is STILL billing me for the procedure because after DOZENS of unanswered phone calls, phone messages and emails they have not "worked out the issue" with the surgery center. KATHLEEN BROWN, WHO IS THE OFFICE MANAGER, TOLD ME (THE ONE AND ONLY TIME I WAS ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF HER) SHE WOULD GET IT TAKEN CARE OF WITH THE SURGERY CENTER SO I WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL. SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST...SHE IS THE ONE THAT DOESN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS, MESSAGES. EVERYTHING ABOUT GASTRO OF FLORIDA ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. THEIR INSURANCE SPECIALIST LIED ABOUT MY INSURANCE COVERAGE, NO ONE RETURNS PHONE CALLS. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IF THEY ARE YOUR ONLY OPTION BECAUSE OF YOUR INSURANCE THEN DO NOT HAVE ANY PROCEDURES DONE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY AND GO OVER IT THOROUGHLY WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY BEFORE YOU HAVE ANYTHING DONE.
