Friendly employees but terribly unorganized and wasted weeks of my time. I had come here to get a quote to fix some damage from getting rear ended, where they told me that the usual course of action is to get the whole bumper repainted. I asked them how much it would cost to just repaint the affected part and said that he would have to check when the painters are there on Monday and that he would call me back then and also promised me a written estimate through my email. A week passes and no call so I call the shop, they tell me they'll call me back right away. They don't call. I called them 2 more times over the next week and got the same result. Finally a week and a half later I speak to someone who wants to help and he tells me the photos are corrupted and that I would have to go into the shop again. They apologized and did offer me a rough estimate but after wasting two weeks of my time because of terrible organization and communication, I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

I had an unwell woman smash the back of my Mercedes CLA 250 with a baseball bat, cracking the spoiler in 2 places. Custom Auto Craft did an amazing job replacing the broken part. I had to rush out of there upon picking up my car, and when I got home, I noticed a scratch that hadn't been there, and a small area where the paint hadn't taken(?) JUST under the spoiler...something you'd only really notice when you open the trunk and have the spoiler at eye level. I emailed the pictures to them after placing a call. They immediately called back, offering to fix the issue same day. I needed to return the following day, and they had it fixed and ready for pickup by 3pm, freshly washed and looking wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Thank so much for a great job, guys!
