We spoke on the phone today about 1 hour before you left this review so it would help if you didn't lie in your review so let's start with how long ago you made this purchase. You bought this motor on October 6th of 2018 which is over 2 years ago. You called me stating you didn't install the motor til a year later because it was a weekend project. You then started ranting about a 60 day warranty when your receipt clearly states a 90 day warranty when installed by a licensed ARD facility. None of which mattered because A.) It's been 2 years and B.) You are not an automotive technician and if you had been it would not take you a year to install a 2001 Honda Civic Engine into your vehicle. You have absolutely no credibility in the automotive field and then you claimed to be a diesel mechanic who owns his own shop. A shop which went unnamed during our entire conversation. You then started to rant about a shop named Pete's Auto Repair in Newman which I will be giving a call to tomorrow. You stated they told you our business misrepresents our products. A product you bought over 2 years ago and took you over a year to install. When you didn't get your way on the phone you said your cousin is a detective and started ranting about how my family members are also business owners and you know who they are. I honestly didn't even understand the reason for your phone call other than to waste your own time and ours. Next time try not to lie about when you bought an engine. It's been 2 years not 2 weeks. Also don't lie about being a mechanic and telling us it took you a year to install a civic engine while working on it every weekend, that's just pathetic. Don't try to slander a reptuation and not expect it back. Lastly we are glad we lost you as a customer and I really hope you don't end up working at a shop, because you can't even pretend that you do. I am more than willing to share photo proof of receipts and conversation with this customer via our instagram @redco.jp for anyone wanting proof. Excluding his address of course because we wouldn't want his detective cousin to prosecute us.

I wish I could give it a zero start. Buy a motor with 70k miles. Two weeks later I notice it was burning oil. One shop from newman told me not to buy the motor from them. I thought maybe the shop from Newman had a bad experience or bad luck. But after my experience Im never buying a motor from here again. Also I found out the owner of this place has a Dad that owns a junk yard. Make ur own conclusion if you read this.

We love replying to reviews left by obviously fake accounts. This isn't aging well either. I think it's been like almost 4 months since you left this review and we're still here. I purchased my civic motor from them, and the owner told me it had 6 months of warranty. To my surprise thanks to the honesty of their employees, I find out he is planning on Closing the business and only offering 6 month warranty to make quick sales. Gary is a crook and I will no longer be giving this company my money.

This place is a joke! I purchase an engine on Thursday at 1pm the engine was suppose to arrive by 4:30 the same day.. Here it is Friday past 4:30pm still hasn't arrived complete runaround stay clear from them.. Unprofessional morans..
