Kind of a gem of a property in terms of location, privacy, security, sound resistance, etc - plus it's Van Rooy so leasing was easy and maintenance is relatively fast. Pay your rent and make maintenance online. The one catch is that beautiful green courtyard is for dog poop only. If you don't liek dogs you won't like this. But I do. All dogs are good dogs.

I loved living at Garden Arch. Van Rooy and Sarah were awesome to work with, and they always responded quickly to any issues I had. Maintenance was also quick and helpful. The location is perfect as well. My only gripe with the place is parking is an inconvenience. Since there are more people that live at the building than they have spots in the lot for, many times, you had to find street parking instead. This wasn't fun if you got back home late or had to leave early in the morning. I also suspected residents were allowing guests to park in the lot, as there were often cars there without parking tags. Overall though, I would definitely recommend people look at this hidden gem if interested in downtown Indianapolis living.
