I would give this place -5 stars. Despite calling and having detailed conversations on the need to have my custom hats by a certain time, I discovered that they hadnt even started them on the day of delivery. Of course only found out when I tried to track hats down. So disappointed I chose this group which incidentally was way more expensive than other alternatives thinking I was willing to pay for better service. Better service. What a joke! Amateur to say the least. Thanks for ruining someones 40th bday.
