Short Version: I accidentally scraped the side of a parked car with my vehicle and agreed to pay for the minor damage. After I paid Venus Auto Parts with a cashiers check, I discovered that they not only didnt make the repair, they gave the cashiers check away to the owner of the vehicle I scraped. I paid for a service they didnt complete and then they gave my money to someone else. Also: They wanted me to first pay the vehicle owner directly, refused to give me an estimate/then later claimed it would cost me a ridiculous amount, refused to give me an invoice, and lied about accepting credit cards. This leads me to believe that Venus Auto Parts intended from the very beginning to simply try to acquire the money from me without repairing the vehicle.
