12 hour wait in ER and not even a room , no follow up of any kind when asked about a room was told to ask a nurse , asked another lady again no help. No regard !! Desk women in black scrubs laughing and giggling!! Very dirty rooms and bathrooms!!

My primary care doc is at this facility and she is a great doctor. Dr. Nam, shes very responsive and very kind. The urgent care here is awful though and the docs are always booked so if youre sick urgent care is the only option. I have severe asthma and allergies and every time I go to this place extremely sick they will not give me an antibiotic. I always end up at the allergists office a few days later and so much sicker. They need to pay more attention to who the patient is. I realize that antibiotics are overused but when you have asthma and bronchitis and sinus infection you need one. I would honestly recommend the little office inside of CVS over this place.

Dr Scaglione and his team are the Best! Ive been going to him for years and my visits have always been on time and very thorough. I was really lucky to have found him and my health is much improved under his guidance:)

Very rude stuff, took me 40 minutes of waiting first in the lobby, then 55 min for the doctor, after the nurse took her notes. Immediate care shouldnt take so long when you come with a baby. They are not busy, the stuff is rude, slow, and lazy. Just couldnt care less about patients.
