Says open 9-6, pulled in and got yelled at by security, horrible place. If you are closed you should probably close your gate, or follow the hours you post online and in person. I'll be reviewing on the BBB as well, you lost my business and all family and friends future business. And not to mention there were people behind us your security let in to buy but not us, clearly discrimination.

TT, 2 weeks huh? Our follow up processes that every single customer receives includes nearly 20 forms of contact in the first 7 days (calls, texts, emails, videos). It's what we do every day. I'm guessing something went wrong other than it took you two weeks to pursue a vehicle you were interested in and we sell them fast here. Your review is unfortunate, but certainly framed in a manner which is not accurate. Hope you accomplish finding a vehicle you are happy owning.

So now I understand why they ignored all of my emails and messages. It turns out that the car that I've been trying to test drive for the last almost 2 weeks was sold. You all did not have to ignore my inquiries for that long. I'd take my business elsewhere. These people are not friendly.

After looking at many cars at many dealerships we found Continental Auto Sales online. When visiting the dealership (youll think you took a wrong turn as its off the beaten path) we were immediately advised that their prices are set and theres no real negotiating. The used car market is outrageous right now and I believe their prices and quality of cars led the pack. We purchased a SUV for our daughter. When we got home we noticed a rattle/clicking sound. We believed it was from the hubcaps. But before we could really investigate the issue the hubcap had fallen off not to be found. We were unable to find a matching hubcap online to the other 3. When I mentioned it to Neal, our salesman from Continental, he replaced the hubcaps with a new set. Solved the rattling sound too! That is service after the sale and was much appreciated! Definitely recommend Continental Auto Sales!

After finding what I wanted online, I contacted Continental Auto sales to make sure the car was available. They made the process extremely easy and less time consuming than dealerships Id bought from in the past. Knowing my schedule was tight & that I planned to purchase the vehicle, Ricky and Julian started the process for me over the phone. When I was ready to come sign the papers, my loan had already been approved ( Ricky sent me the info to do online) Julian had already contacted me to begin nailing down the warranty I asked for, RICKY PICKED ME UP FROM MY HOME (as my trade in wasn't worth anything to a dealership) and drove me to the dealership. I drove home with what I wanted, most of all, I was treated like this purchase was important to me too. Really amazing business style. Respect, competitive pricing and courtesy beyond the norm.

Mr. Sharma: Unfortunately, this review doesn't properly portray how the discussions went on your deal. We don't change numbers and we certainly don't sell bad cars. Every car is inspected and reconditioned to road readiness and to a level where it will serve the next owner well. Your issue with the deal was unrelated to our (Bob's, Julian's, or anyone elses) actions, but rather caused by your credit qualifications and the lenders changing parameters based on information you provided. Lenders are 3rd party, not us. Your review is a lashout at us when the responsibility ultimately lies with your credit profile. Nothing we can control.

This dealership is a fraud. They will mislead you and they dont have any values to their promises and commitments. I visited their store for a 2014 model SantaFe and was quoted with a value of 15,990.. Upon sharing the budget constraints of mine, they agreed immediately to fit it in my budget of 15000 and ti finalize the deal till Saturday 2 30 pm.. I reached home and applied for their finance and Bob, the sales guy told that it should be approved and ready by Saturday 10 AM. I called him thrice on Saturday if I shall come for the upfront payment where he denied and suggested to wait till Monday... Also, suggested not to look for any other cars in during weekend and will seal a great deal.. Upon landing on Monday, he denied the price being 15000 and even stated that the page that he used to write the quote is not his words. he blatantly lied and denied everything.. Later on, the guy next to him started yelling stating Bob never jiggles around with the numbers, while Bob just denied his own writing. Stating to talk to his boss, he went but never came back.. The other guy, Julian in the dealership was available on Friday as well, admitted that they agreed but cannot keep the commitment as time has passed by while Bob himself denied to visit him on Saturday.. Finally he took out paper to make calculations and asking or a written confirmation if he can fit the car in my budget in terms of monthly payment while they completely moved off their written quote.. I am glad I decided not to buy from them as they might not have been giving a fair deal or even not a healthy car. But a recommendation - Do think twice before visiting them. And If you succeed to crack the deal, prefer to finish it the same day, you never know they might turn around the next day with some other values. Update1 - its an update to your response from continental auto sales. I never had issues with the condition of the car. This was my opinion based on the experience I had at dealership. Bob denied his own commitment. The point of 3rd party lenders come at a later stage and it was the final nail in the coffin. But I am glad I DIDNT CHOSE CONTINENTAL AUTO SALES.
