The place is nice and easy to find. The lady's up front r very rude. I deal with people all day at work and most people r very nice but they r very rude!. Went there and the staff appeared upset with me right off the bat for unknown reasons. Then told me I need to pay for my eyes to get dilated or have a picture takin of my eyes and I had to pick one I order to be seen and it will cost out of pocket for the option that I can drive home because if I picked the option that my insurance covers they said I will have problems seeing for 3 to 4 hours. I told them I just got this don't a month ago and I can have the place fax the information over they said "NO u need to pick one to be seen today". I wish they would have told me this b4 I took time off from work...so rude!

The doctor there Is amazing. The best eye exam that I have ever had. That being said, The ladies at the front are extremely rude. I have called a few times asking if my glasses have come in yet because it has been over 2 weeks now and i still dont have them. Each time I called I was given and attitude. the customer service is none existing. Also their lenses and frame are EXTREMELY over priced, between that and waiting 3 weeks to get my glasses. I will NEVER order glasses from them again. But I will go their to get an eye exam.
This man is an amazing human. I went to urgent care and was miss diagnosed. It didn't set right with me so I drove to his office to double check. The front desk said he doesn't do emergencies. He was in the lobby and waved me back. He thoroughly examined my eyes with a different type of eye problem. Thank goodness he was able and kind enough to see me. Thank you for being so kind and considerate for seeing me. He is the best
The doctor is wonderful and everyone on his team is so polite & helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. The contacts and glasses are very reasonably priced and they have a good selection! They accept many types of insurance too.
As is, I couldn't recommend this place. If things change I'll update the review. Here's what happened - My husband and I live paycheck to paycheck barely making ends meet. I needed glasses so I chose this location for two reasons - it was one of the closest ones and more importantly they said they could set up a payment plan. This was perfect for me since I can't usually drop $600 at one time. It took me 5 or 6 months to get it paid off, and another 2 months for the glasses to arrive. Backtrack to before I started paying on them, and we had the eye exam. Here's where they messed up.... the doctor that works there chose to dilate my eyes BEFORE giving me an eye exam! I even mentioned that fact to him and he said "it's fine". Having only had glasses once before as a kid, I thought maybe the info I had was incorrect. When my glasses finally arrived and I tried them on, the tech said "how do they feel" I told her that they were really blurry and didn't seem right. She informed me that it would take my eyes a few hours to adjust to the new glasses. Hours turned into days, then weeks. I still can't wear them without being sick. I've talked to other eye doctors, people who wear glasses, and a few lawyers who ALL say that I was 100% right and he shouldn't have done the dilation before the exam. Going to attempt to get them to remedy this. If they try to charge me A SINGLE DIME, I will be hauling them to court. If they fix it as they should since it was entirely their mistake, I will update my review.
