This is a small time family run business, that gives no consideration to employees for their hard work and dedication, they would rather keep dim witted family members on board with full benefits and leave nothing for the rest of 60 or 70 employees to squabble over. This has resulted in no moral among workers and a terrible execution of performance to get things done. This company charges 60% extra on top of it's shipping costs to customers and pockets all of the extra money. Signs are consistently shipped with the wrong letters or colors in place, Often they are broken during the crating process which leads to very unhappy customers. It's a wonder this place even stays in business. If I were Wendy's or Tim Horton's (their number one customer) I would look to find a company that does not use a labor force one step shy of slavery to get there product on the table. I see the company owners putting millions of dollars in their pockets and paying next to minimum wage to it's hard working employees. I do have personal experience with this company through my wife.

Submitted a web form request for a custom commercial sign quote on October 31, 2018. Received no reply. Called the company on the morning of November 2, 2018 and spoke with someone who said that they'd have a sales rep call me "in about an hour." As of November 5, 2018, still NO REPLY. Guess they don't need our business. We'll find someone who does.
