Frosty service. Upon entering, no one greeted me so I immediately felt unwanted and uncomfortable. Went in to get a classic set of lash extensions, I can only say it was a painful 2 hours. My lower lashes kept getting stuck to my upper ones with the very strong glue, which I found highly unprofessional. The eye pads they used to keep the lower lashes stuck down kept slipping off and they were very bad quality. Came home with glue all over my upper and lower lashes. My lashes hurt if that makes sense. 50 down the drain and a lot of the lashes came off the next day. Wont be going back for sure.

On Saturday 29th of October you booked in for hair and beauty treatments which you were very pleased with. Due to your unwillingness to pay we decided to give you a 50% discounted rate of 25 for the hair services out of goodwill. However, you proceeded to shout in the salon and continued to threaten our staff. Due to the threatening comments that were made, we were left with no choice but to call the police (which I can provide evidence for). As our staff member was on the phone, you took the phone and wanted to go outside which we did not allow as it was a personal phone. You were not locked in the salon at any point, the door was left open at all times as we had clients enter and leave. We did not have any family members at the salon nor speak another language. We have recorded CCTV footage with audio which is available to be viewed. I can also provide a reference number from the Police which was given as they were on their way due to your refusal to pay for a service which the officer explained you must pay for. All our staff at Jamalouki Salon have 10+ years experience, we pride ourselves in our kind and friendly approach to everyone. Please do not spread false information about any business. We have a total of 4 witnesses who are happy to discuss this situation further if necessary. Very low standard, they increase the prices without even notifying their customers. We have agreed on certain price. After they increased price on my last visit, She locked me in the salon because I refused to pay the increase without even noticing me from beginning. I told her I welling to pay what we have agreed on & I regularly pay, This Lebanese woman and her daughter are not professional. They got also some other parts of their family to stand out of door (block me from getting out). They threaded me if I didnt pay the full increase, I wont get out of salon. As well as she was saying bad words about me Infront of everyone in her own language. I called police ... I felt so scared & paid the whole amount to leave the salon as soon as possible, I was afraid about my life. very very very low standard service. I wont recommend it to anyone. I always felt not welcomed.
