I have taken three of my Family members vehicles to this place. Theres been nothing but on going issues with all three of the vehicles after being serviced here at Auto med. Car number one, brake job. Brakes have started to make noise within a week of it being driven. Car number two, brake job,and rack and pinion. Brake job was not done right and the vehicle began to vibrate, brakes where swapped out with news ones.I was told these brakes where better than average grade brakes they put in vehiclesfor the second time around. This vehicle continues to make noise and vibrate when braking. Car number three, brakes, and vehicle inspection. Brakes oddly enough, are holding up okay, vehicle inspection was awful. They try to over sell you on parts your vehicle doesnt need. And most importantly they forgot to out back to engine air filter. I thank god nothing happen to this vehicles engine, do to only seeing money over quality assurance. CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS AUTO SHOP, THIS PLACE WILL ONLY DRAIN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, AND YOUR TIME. DOING ANYTHING WITH SHOP WILL AND BE DEADLY. YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED

Hello and thank you for your review! You came to us complaining about your brakes making noise and mentioned you had replaced your brakes at another shop a few days before you visited us. You requested we replace them with new ones and to give you the old ones so you can return them to the other shop. We did the job and test drove the car and everything was great and your brakes performed perfectly after we finished our service. **Dishonest Mechanics** Short Story: Lied about the condition of my brake pads and equipment saying they are completely gone and i need new ones, told me the the equipment was all original from Chrysler. Equipment was not original it was Wagner brand with less than 1,000 miles but still lied to me saying everything was damaged and cracked etc which wasn't. Abe doesn't know too much about cars, kind of kept getting confused / wasn't keeping the same story when answering my questions. Dishonest mechanics Full Story: Found them on Groupon and i called ahead if i needed an appointment. Woman answered the phone and told me to come on down. After bringing up the groupon she said to purchase it and they'll honor it (BTW they charge $35 if they feel your car is a luxury car) I come down and as soon as i get out of the car this man approaches me trying to sell me on a smog test. Asks what year my car is and disregards me after finding out i don't need a smog. I go into the office and i let them know i just want my front pads changed like on the groupon. She works with me, charges for the groupon and redeems it i think that's it, they put my car on the lift and im waiting for about 30 minutes and the woman comes to get me and tells me "The pads and discs are the original on the car, the pads are completely gone and the rotors will need to be replaced too." This isnt true. I quickly corrected her "The pads and rotors were recently changed, they're, the pads are defective i just need pads changed" she tells me to go look for myself and brings a mechanic over for him to tell me that the (Not even 2 month old rotors) need to be changed because they are too thin, he offered to resurface them (Even though he just said they're too thin) for a surcharge of $35 per rotor or $70 per rotor for new ones. I Decline knowing all the information is wrong. 2 hours go past and my car hasn't been touched or anything i ask whats going on and the woman tells me they're still getting my pads (for 2 hours?!) after everything i get my car back (they almost dropped it on the lift when they were bringing it down, one side went down faster than the other guy had to stop it really fast) She told me there's more paper work, there were other recommendations for the car as well that i already knew about, a bushing needed replacing and needed new tires. She brings them up, disregarded and she tells me about a $35 luxury car fee. After looking at my pads i asked back for i quickly asked "I thought they were completely gone?" Abe walks up and interrupts whats going on? I showed him my pads and let him know everything "I was told these were original and gone completely" etc he tells me "What is your problem with us?" I told him why are you guys being so pushy about extra unnecessary work?? He started talking complete non sense and not sticking to the same excuse first he said my rotors were cracked, then he said my pads were cracked, then he said my rotors were scratched, then he said both are scratched, then he said they're warped , etc guys' a joke. If you don't know anything about cars you're still better off doing your brakes yourself than with Automed and Abe's team. Now my car needs an alignment from their sloppy work.

If you cherish your time, money, and vehicle definitely do not take your car here. This establishment is a straight up fraud! I took my car in here for an oil change yesterday and the owner (Abe) and I agreed on a price of $40. I also asked him to check this error light for my hybrid battery which he said he went ahead and reset without even calling me and asking for permission prior to to even proceeding, and he said it costs $500- just to put a computer chip in the car and diagnose the car (something most dealerships do for free). When he realized that he couldnt play me stupid, he just told me to pay $100 for everything (which I reluctantly did) and as soon as I turn on the car the light is still there smh. Him and his crew waste another 2 hours holding up my car for nothing and they tell me to come back the next day. I go back this morning and they said they never had me as a customer there lol but heres the receipt.. I leave the place getting charged extra for a service they promised me which they simply didnt even fix. The error is still showing on my car. The saddest thing about it is that as soon as they saw my nationality flag in the car they started acting hostile and bitter. The cops took a police report and Im almost done disputing a refund, but I heavily advice you guys not to do business at this place if you want honest work being done on your car. Message to Owner: This is Los Angeles buddy. All religions, races, and ethnicities are allowed here. If you dont like it, go back to your own country #YouNomad
