Our law firm is proud to be part of the Colorado legal community since 2006. As the owner of the law office, we offer free consultations for our potential clients. We treat all potential and current clients with respect and courtesy. While we understand the reviewers current struggles and understand his personal life stress, we feel his review and frustration directed at our law firm is misdirected and mistaken. This reviewer received a NO COST FREE legal consultation over the phone and a price for our offices requested services was presented for the services he requested. He declined to hire our law office after receiving a price quote for our firms services, which included costs for mailing and printing services necessary. He was also welcome to hire other attorneys for the same request of services if he so desired.

Negative stars if it were possible. Very rude and inconsiderate. Was told it would be $2000 to $3000 to file for bankruptcy. Michael basically told me I had to learn a lesson. Would not recommend for anyone to seek their services.

As the owner of the law office we offer free consultations for our potential clients. Unfortunately, this person found out that the advice we can provide is only as good as the honesty of the client on the front end. Under the new bankruptcy rules, if one makes to much money, you have to file a Chapter 13 as you are not eligible for a Chapter 7 under law. By not revealing all ones income initially led to false expectations and thus we had to break the news to this person that they would need to pay back a small portion of debts in a Chapter 13. This was disclosed as soon as we fond out about the omitted income they failed to alert us to. Also, this person is confused because a Chapter 13 is not the same as debt consolidation /settlement and these companies cannot file bankruptcies because they are not attorneys. As an attorney, a chapter 13 bankruptcy is going to be a much better option than these other non legal options for many reasons. We strive for superior customer service but as attorney we practice within the laws Congress enacts. If this reviewer should be frustrated at anyone, it should be at Congress.

Warning! Bait and Switch. Based on their reviews Weselis & Suchoparek appeared to be a reputable law firm so we contacted them regarding Chapter 7 bankruptcy. After providing them with all the information they requested Weselis & Suchoparek assured us our best option was indeed chapter 7 so we paid them the $1650 to move forward with the case. Once Weselis & Suchoparek received the money they told us we didnt qualify for Chapter 7 and would have to go with a Chapter 13 and a repayment plan, the same type available through any credit counseling service. If Weselis & Suchoparek had been up front and honest with us we could have saved ourselves the money we should have put into bills and been much better off. If an honest opinion and straight forward answers matter I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The Fast Filers were very thorough and made sure everything was covered and all documentation was attached and submitted which made it easy for the judge to award my bankruptcy. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I knew we would need to file for bankruptcy protection after we lost our home in 09. The house payment was the last thing we let go and we found ourselves facing collectors for our other debts before we had packed up our kids and belongings to re-enter the rental market. We delayed filing for a number of years due to shame and feeling intimidated by the process.
