The attorneys at RF Wittmeyer were careless in handling my case and I felt like they were fighting with me instead of fighting for me. They neglected to keep me sufficiently informed and I was not notified when my case was twice assigned to a new attorney. I was questioned when I asked to speak with the attorney, and my communication was with assistants who were often unable to provide me with information I requested. I finally spoke to the attorney who ultimately handled my case a month before the statute of limitations expired and expressed my concern that she did not know the basic details of my case. Just days after that brief call, she sent a demand letter to settle without my authorization and despite my explicit direction not to do so. I requested a copy of the demand letter, and was shocked to see that it was poorly written and contained multiple errors. I lost all trust in the firm and their ability to adequately represent me moving forward and was forced to find another attorney. The firm did not cooperate with my new attorney so that I could proceed with my case, repeatedly neglected to respond to communication, and demanded a made-up dollar amount even though they did not make a recovery on my behalf. The attorneys at RF Wittmeyer failed to provide the level of respect and service they promise and should be avoided.

I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this firm. I had a very poor experience and had to find another law firm because of Mr. Wittmeyer's poor judgment. I found a top rated firm in downtown that was ready to handle a somewhat complicated case that might have gone to trial. They were there for me when Mr. Wittmeyer's firm essentially abandoned me. My recommendation.. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
