Bad experience at Joe & Co. I had 3 haircuts with Simon, the first one was nice but he wasnt friendly, seemed in a bad mood. I thought I would give it another try. Then the last time, I arrived and he said: are you Daniel? Very strange question as he had cut my hair twice. I didnt like the haircut and since he wasnt friendly at all, I decided to go somewhere else. This week I called Joe&Co as I was very keen in having a haircut with Joe, who is the owner and best one there. I was told to send an email to Kendyl (his PA). 2 days later and no response from her. Then I called again and she finally replied to my email Apparently Joe doesnt take new customers anymore, which is a real shame. Bad customer service overall, a PA shouldnt take 2 days to reply a customers email. So at Joe&Co, you can only have a haircut with the Co! I wont be coming back Im afraid.
Once you get in the chair all is well. Unfortunately its not enough to overcome the worst booking website ever and the unhelpful person on the other end of the phone. Shame really. Back to one of the competitors.
Fantastic Barber. Best cut I've had in London, and is now the only place I go to get a haircut. Lovely people who are always chatty and welcoming, and very professional. Highly recommend.
Ive had a call from this number and I answered. Said hello multiple times just to hear people laughing at the other end of the phone and get hung up on. Immature behaviour from a business.
