We came on a fun, Saturday night. A live band was playing in the main area while we sat in the back of the bar in their "speakeasy" area. It's not a speakeasy, just a back area where you could talk a little easier without the music blasting. I got the Giggle water which was a refreshing and not too strong (could have been stronger in my opinion). The bar was definitely slated to an older crowd - if you grew up in the late 80s to early 90s, this place is your spot. The live music was a nostalgia trip of indie, rock, and alternative songs. However the music was loud! Even in the back room, it was pretty loud. I had to shout to talk to my friends. Overall, nice place, nice aesthetic, slated towards millennials, but not a great place to have a conversation (music was too loud).
Came during st Patrick's day for drink and snacks. They have live music which can be very loud not because of music but because the sound system is kept at max volume. The drinks are average at best but charging speak easy prices. I got a smash and grab cocktail worth 18 bucks barely had any drink just ice. Definitely better places to get cocktails.
