I guess Im expecting too much when I want a company to act like they want my business. Shocked at the poor level of customer service just trying to get a quote via their form. I guess they expect you to do the calculations, know their minimum charges, process etc. I had received far more friendlier and complete quotes from other companies with same info sent so will just pass on Aityeh Brothers.
Sorry for the delay in responding. We actually did not have the "pad" product in stock on that Friday...We have had a terrible time since March getting our pad products, and this is from several different companies we use. We will always cut pads immediately ( when we have the product in stock ) That is what held up the cleaning order. We try to accomplish an order as soon as possible, unfortunately if the cleaning is done, and a pad has been ordered, you won't be called until the pad is cut and the order completed. who ever you talked to on that Friday should have explained our situation...and a pad being cut too small ( or too big ) is inexcusable...I am sorry you had this experience with us...you also should have been called @ the 14th day letting you know where we were on the order...again inexcusable...My apologies. When I dropped it off, I was told it'd be 10-14 days to get my rug back. On day 17, I called to check in. That was 3:30PM on a Friday. I was informed that the rug was ready, but the new pad wouldn't be cut until Monday. I asked if they could perhaps be kind and cut the new pad in the next 90 minutes, before closing for the week, since the order was later. "No," I was told. On Monday, I picked up the rug and the new pad. I got home to discover the pad was cut 18 inches too short. I called and asked for a re-do. The foreman was willing to cut me a new pad within the hour. This was nice, but added insult to injury. I mean, if they can cut a pad with just a few moments notice, why couldn't they do it on Friday? The cleaning itself was good. But the customer service surrounding the cleaning could use some tightening up.

Had several Persian rugs cleaned after 30 years of non professional cleaning and they came back their original color and vibrancy that I had not seen in years. The service was excellent and my rugs were well cared for and returned in a timely manner.

I was impressed with the service I received from the first phone call to the time I picked up my rugs. I was given great information, and friendly excellent service.
Overall service was good except the 4 Ever Grip rug pads didnt has a straight cut.
