I love this place for location. But the staff can be indifferent and why is the music so loud you can't have a conversation?

I love this location and the others, especially their crawfish but this season it is ENTIRELY too spicy!!! I have been eating crawfish since I was a kid and its so unbearably spicy here my lips become raw and I have to ask for milk and that barely works. Not okay.

Decent place saved by a great location. The day I visited there was no table service so the entire place is bottle necked into one line. That line ranged from 3 to 9 people and moved at the same pace as being 9 people back at HEB. The crawfish were great and the beer price was to be expected at the edge of memorial park. That line though its a problem. This place could increase spending by at least 50% maybe double. I skipped a couple rounds and orders because the line was to the door. A few times I decided to get some drinks I was gone about 10/12mins... that realy kills the conversation enertia being disengaged from your group that long. I will likely be back only because of where it is but given the option I would never choose this place as a destination if I wasn't already at the park.

20% fees on top of menu price for using CC and to-go?!?!? Thats a first, no thank you. Food is okay and I like frozen Jim Bean just not sure I'm on board with the fees on top of fees that this place wants to charge.
