I had a very very bad experience at the Apple Store. I came in as a walk-in and I needed help urgently but I was not able to get any assistance. When I tried to get help from available techs, security was called and they made me leave the store. Is this the way to treat a customer?
The mall is very convenient and big with many good shops. The food court is very big too. On the bad side, some guy tried to sell me candy for their kids basketball team uniforms. He was smoking weed inside the mall with plenty of security guards watching and not doing anything about it. When I declined paying for the candy, he became more aggressive and forceful. I simply walked away while he kept following me and random shoppers were more concerned then the security guards who plainly ignored it. I do know about the candy scam, its been around at QCM for a while and many people I know told me its happened to them before. Security, do better!
It's a nice mini mall. Well maintained. Clean . A great amount of stores to shop and a good court at the lower level. Macy's JCPenney Sephora and many more.
If you drive, expect the parking payment machines to be out of service. Four machines, one working. Otherwise, a good mall.
