El hotel tiene una buena localización, pero es extremadamente caro. La habitación es símplemente para dormir y ducharte, pero nada más, no tiene ningún servicio (ni desayuno). Con esto de la pandemia han puesto como excusa el sólo limpiar 1 vez a la semana. En España sería un hotel 3 estrellas muy normalito y el precio es desmesurado. Tenía sólo una ventana interior en la que no entraba la luz del sol en todo el día. El personal muy desagradable, les saludabas al entrar y ni te contestaban. Había 4 ascansores pero había tiempo que tenías que esperar 10 minutos para poder subir. Eso sí, el hotel es muy tranquilo y silencioso.

I like this place a lot and have been coming here regularly for two years. The staff is wonderful! However the television system simply does NOT work. The staff is frustrated and it is not their fault. There is a problem with the WiFi and the property owners need to invest in a different system. Half the channels dont work at any given time. This is really frustrating as I spend thousands of dollars coming here- yet cant watch TV

Sehr gutes Hotel mit Top Lage, sind in Zimmer 1704 mit super Ausblick. Preis ist unschlagbar für ein Zimmer dieser Größe in New York.

4.3? Idk.. 4 starts? Not at all. The rooms are like rooms from a motel not a hotel. So small, water sink is a mess, power outlets in unreachable places. Also, they automatically turn off the A/C when we leave the room and we come back to a hot mess. We requested housekeeping and they didnt clean our room even though we requested a day before. Highly not recommended!!
