Shaun Hayes was supposed to represent me in a simple divorce. Upon the appointment, I was told I had to pay before the papers were filed. Wrote a check to Shaun Hayes. Months later, I received a phone call from Shauns receptionist to inform me that Shaun is no longer practicing law and I need to come pick up my papers that were at the office. I was fortunate that the receptionist helped me with how to file the divorce papers at the court house, which cost me more out of pocket expenses. (What I paid Shaun Hayes for). It was a simple divorce! Only to get to court representing myself and to hear the judge disrespect every person there trying to represent themselves for divorce. I never received a refund or explanation only that he is no longer practicing law. However, hes STILL is practicing law!

Since he was court appointed he did not try to help me with my case. The first time I went to court he told me to plea guilty. Would not recommend.

Shaun Hayes helped my family with some legal matters after my dad suffered from a stroke. We looked to Shaun's office for legal guidance and boy, did he deliver.
