Susan - We were surprised to hear of your unhappiness with our customer service since when we were in the process of trying to get this fixed for you, you said, "never mind, I'll just keep these". We were under the impression you decided the item would work out for your needs and that everything was fine.

Terrible customer service! I know what I ordered, but they put it in the computer wrong so I'm stuck with the product I can't use b/c it was prepaid. She said, they can't sell it. BS! The merchandise hasn't even been opened. I may file another complaint higher up.

Excellent, helpful staff. Went in for chef uniforms and was out in less then ten min. Changing rooms available and non slip shoes available too. So cheap and an all together pleasant shopping experience.
