I will start by saying I have heard nothing but good things about Dr Lane herself, but the experience I had with her office was awful. I was referred in September to get on the schedule in Nov. I was then called in Nov and was bumped to January with an 11am appt. I even got an email confirming 11am a few days prior. I showed up 15 minutes early to my appt only to learn I was actually supposed to be there at 10am (of which no one emailed or called me ever), and that because I was an hour late the soonest they could get me in was March (or basically put my care on hold for 7 months). When I showed the receptionist the email saying an 11am appt, she said there was another email that should have had the earlier appt time (which I never got) and they were too busy to call and let me know. So as of today my care has been on hold 5 months, only to find out because of an error with their automated system and they are too busy to call people that it would be another 3 months wait. I refuse to put my care on hold 7 months, and will be finding someone else. I hope this review helps other women who are trying to find care.

I have been seeing Dr. Lane for the last two years, and loved her. She took the time to get to know me and spent quality time during my annual visits. However, I had an appointment scheduled in early September which was 3 months out from when I called to book it for my annual wellness, and her office just called me to cancel it and wanted me to reschedule it for December. That type of care is not acceptable to me. It shouldn't take over 6 months to get in to see your doctor!! Best of luck to you trying to get an appointment with her.

I was referred to Dr. Lane by a friend. My first visit was great! Everyone in the office was courteous and Dr. Lane was extremely personable and thorough. Nobody likes to switch healthcare providers when they move, but I am very happy and looking forward to continuing care with Dr. Lane and this practice!
