This morning you walked into our store without a mask and then objected to being asked politely to wear a mask. Instead of letting us help you curbside or online (with no mask needed), you muttered some insults and threats and walked out. This local business will continue to employ Americans and we will continue to proudly sell American-made products as much as we can.

No idea what this even means. But with all of the challenges that we're facing to keep a locally owned business going strong for our customers and our community, it would have been nice if you had simply let us know that you'd had some kind of issue or problem. Leaving a one-star review with a vaguely worded criticism doesn't help anything and is unkind.

We know from reviewing our records that you have never set foot in our store, let alone been insulted by our staff. I can't imagine why you posted such a blatantly dishonest negative "review" of a company that works so hard to be a valuable and inclusive member of the Portland community.
