The worst automated response system I have ever experienced. They make it almost impossible to speak to an actual agent. Beyond that significant weakness they are quite good. A good company but very frustrating to deal with.

Eagle Pharmacy was very helpful with my enrollment in their Synthroid Delivers program and their customer service has been outstanding. I have had no problem receiving my prescription in Indianapolis.

I recently had an experience with the USPS misdelivering my prescription and Eagle pharmacy was very helpful and replaced my prescription even though it was not their vault.

While the system is set up to enable self service on a lot of basic tasks, it does not prevent you from talking to a staff member if needed. So tonight I talk to Ava after hours. I spend over 5 minutes typing in my information to refill a script. I am then prompted for my credit card number. I type it in twice to no avail. I thought I already had a card on file? I was not allowed to refill my script. I have an 811 credit score and I can't use my credit card?? Another complaint! I was just on hold to talk to customer service. There was one person in the queue. I waited 6 minutes on hold. Then I got a voicemail to leave a message! Where is the live operator! Reduced to two stars. I see lots of negative comments here about the automated system called Ava. I too think that this AWFUL, SUPER glitchy, repetitive, loopy system is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I cannot believe how many times you have to repeat or retype things, how it continually blocks you from talking to a live employee, how many questions you need to answer etc. Simply and horrifically AWFUL. Staff member Joanne was a real "sweetie today." Ava needs to be fired. I just went through your system today and I had to say "ENGLISH" 4 times and "customer service" 5 times. Today it was easier to talk to a live representative, but that has not always been the case in the past.
