It's the situation at 3:40~4:00 AM. I was embarassed because on the board the departure of my flight wasn't. I was so nervous that I couldn't help asking the workes commuting at that time. I just wanted to know whethere there was a flight or not. But they said it's not open yet,so they were not sure. After that, they opened check-in counter and just proceeded. I hope the board by the airport should have been accurate not to confuse passengers.

Came from overseas and had a horrible process trying to get to customs. Literally made us stand in a line and then walk around in circles over and over until we ended up right where we started except this time we could finally walk up to the desks. Gates are way too far awaymy flight landed an HOUR early and I still only made it to my gate for my connecting flight after boarding had started. VERY stressful experience. Plus the airport is dirty.

Ok. As a former NEW YORKER for ten years. They are fortunate for ONE STAR! First, the Mayors office has to find ANOTHER way to pay each other! Placing Denver Boots on Tourist rental cars and then spend 3-4 hours making over 12 phone calls. Is not rest and relaxing! MAYOR! Next the Transit. Not. The NYPD . The transit police who are just as close to homeless people in my mind! Finally having to navigate thru a very cold snowy winter we were introduced to One of the Nile Crocodiles at the Jet Way exit to the airline. She is Black. Dismissive! Authoritarian. And instructed each of us check our baggage on the plane or risk forfeiting our seat now and future flights. Sorry I dont carry my weapon on vacation! My luggage came the next day. My sisters two days later. The airlines went bankrupt. And I just hope that The crocodile airline lady isnt ornery because she cant brush her teeth like the Water Boys Mama said!
