When I came with my fiance they listened, but when I came back by myself they would not even listen to me. My alignment was still off. They dismissed me and did what they wanted to do. So I took my car to another tire shop in Maudlin and he listened. He also said that they loosened my tire rods so much under my car that he was shocked that I didn't have a serious accident in the car. MY ADVICE, DONT GO HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A FEMALE. IF YOU UAVE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT.
