By far the worst dealership we walked in and we werent even greeted the salesman just looked at us after a few minutes of looking at a car a older salesman came by and asked if we needed help we explained we were looking for a new car since our lease for our existing car was over in August we inquired about doing a test drive and the salesman said Subaru doesnt do test drives for there cars...so we brushed it off and continued to ask questions at this point they looked annoyed so we left wont be going back to this dealership hopefully we have a better experience at a different Subaru...
I called 6 times to schedule a service, on hold twice for over 10 minutes, 3 times no one picked up the phone and then when I finally got someone on the phone, they hung up on me. Definitely won't be bringing my car here.
Great group of individuals. I bought a Forester there, the whole process was made really easy and transparent. I'll definitely look to them next time I'm in the market.

I brought the car for the starlink update.The work was not done correctly and the system is not working. According to starlink they were not advised that I did the upgrade. Subaru of America advised that I should go back to the dealer to have the system fixed.
