We used the design center for our Empire home. Our consultant, Michelle, was incredible and the saving grace to the whole process. They only offer appointment times at 11 & 3 and no weekend appointments, which made it next to impossible for my wife (a teacher) to make the appointment. I cant comprehend how they expect people to take time off of work to adhere to their appointment times, rather than making the process easier for the customer. However, when we actually got to the design center, Michelle was great! She listened and understood our budget and goals, and provided great advice throughout. We are almost done with the house, and I couldnt be happier with the selections she helped us make. We are so thankful for her!

Buying your first home is a very Important step in your life. I went there twice to select the features for my house and every time I felt RUSHED to answer the questions about choosing the features for my house. Not every one works at the same pace and they should not force their clients to make a decision in a matter of a few minutes. I was disappointed about my experience.
