Hey Ben! I appreciate you being transparent with our services and your experience. To be fair, the project deadline that we had set to complete your website was a week and a half from when we met back in May. We had gone and created the website and set up your email as first priority, then worked to transfer over the website to your domain and finalize everything. But we werent able to do so because you had things going on and we understood. So we continued to have this project pushed out in limbo, and the moment you were ready to finalize - we had gone in to set up and transfer it so we can close out the project. When a service is fulfilled, we do expect payment. Just like a shop that works on a car, they need to get paid - especially if it went over an unexpected 2 month period, when thats not how our business functions. Follow up is key for us, as the business owners we work with have a lot going on and need those reminders. In all of our processes, we have continual automated follow ups. When it comes to payment, we follow up personally. I hope you understand and wish it had ended differently. We wish you and your business the best. Thank you.

I engaged with this company to help fix some issues with a website. To be fair, Travis did everything he said he would do and I was genuinely satisfied with his work product. I would be leaving a 5-star review but for Megan. She sent me an invoice after work was completed. It took a few business days, but I paid this company in under a week. During those few days Megan sent me multiple reminders to pay the invoice. After I paid, I told Megan I appreciate invoice reminders but don't need them every few days. I thought I was providing helpful feedback, and could have articulated this more delicately instead of being direct, but she took offense. Her response to me was that their time is valuable and she shouldn't have to remind me to pay my invoices. I get it, we are all busy but I feel paying an invoice within a week is a reasonable amount of time. I thought Megan's response lacked professionalism and clearly let me know she did not value me as a client. I really liked Megan and Travis after meeting them and hoped to have a long term relationship with them as finding good marketers is tough, but after this client service experience I won't be doing anymore work with this company and can't recommend them to anyone else.
One of the worst experiences of my life. Travis was entrusted to run ads AND get results for a dozen of my clients. Before he chimes in and says "I don't guarantee results"...WHY WOULD YOU RUN ADS THEN? For fun? To waste money? He's cost me over $40,000 and I'm so disgusted that he left me high and dry, took the money and ran. PLEASE. I am imploring you, do NOT work with this scammer.
